Receipt for pumpkin and black bean soup

I modified this receipt by taking out the olive oil and using olive oil spray to cook the garlic, onions and seasonings. It has 5 servings and each serving is 3 Weight Watcher points.


Pumpkin Black Bean Soup



Ingredients
2 cup(s) canned black beans
14 1/2 oz Contadina Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Tree of Life Organic pumpkin puree
1/2 cup(s) red onion(s)
2 clove(s) garlic clove(s)
4 cup(s) vegetable broth
1 Tbsp McCormick Ground cumin
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 spray(s) olive oil cooking spray
Instructions

Spray pan, place red onion, garlic, and seasonings into a large pot; cook on low-medium heat until red onion and garlic brown. Puree the beans and tomatoes with 1/2 of the vegetable broth. Add pureed ingredients, pumpkin and rest of broth to your pot. Simmer uncovered until thick, about 40-45 minutes. Before serving stir in balsamic vinegar. Can garnish with baked pumpkin se
